Warranty, Replacement and Return Policy
Standard Warranty
All garments are covered against manufacturing defects (stitching, zippers, buttons, fabric defects) for 60 days from the date of receipt, upon presentation of proof of purchase. We also offer free size alterations for two years .
2.2 Replacement and refund period

You have the right to request a replacement or full refund within 14 days of receipt, provided that the items are:

Unused, unwashed, or altered;

In its original packaging with cards.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method within 5-7 business days after the product is inspected.
2.3 Non-returnable products
For hygiene reasons: hosiery, underwear, swimwear, personalized items, or final clearance items.
2.4 Return Options

Visit our showroom in Khobar for immediate exchange or to initiate the return process.

Receive via courier : Email returns@alaneequniform.com with your order number; a 25 SAR fee will be deducted unless the product is defective.
2.5 Cancellation of order
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of ordering via orders@alaneequniform.com. If the package has been shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.
2.6 Limitation of Liability
The warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the item. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect damages exceeding the value of the product.
